E Design Services provides website development, Shopify store and app development, graphic and brand design, CRM software development, SEO and AI‑search marketing, and paid advertising and social media services. The specific scope, deliverables and timelines for any project are agreed in a separate proposal or agreement.
You agree to provide accurate information and the materials, access and approvals needed for us to deliver your project, and to review and respond to deliverables in a timely manner.
Ownership of final deliverables transfers to you upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Third‑party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their own licences.
Fees, milestones and payment schedules are set out in your project agreement. Late or non‑payment may pause work and delay delivery.
Our services are provided on a professional best‑effort basis. To the extent permitted by law, E Design Services is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website or services.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
